The Council is elected each year by the general membership and meets on a regular basis to help draft the policies and procedures which guide the Seattle Constellations Network. The council is responsible for holding quarterly general meetings which are open to members as well as to the interested public.  Members paid-in-full may vote on issues presented at the general meetings.  The council also welcomes members to attend the council meetings.
