I find the Family Constellation experience a great supplement to anyone's healing journey. In my facilitation style I combine FC skills with body centered psychotherapy (Hendricks.com) and Somatic Experiencing work as inspired by Peter Levine.

As a result I've been successful in assisting people to heal trauma and unbind patterns that have affected them throughout life. If needed I then work with individuals in weekly sessions to rebuild resources necessary to break old habits. I have found it is not enough to do a constellation and expect dramatic change. By supplementing the constellation learning with ongoing support your unconscious patterns emerge and heal faster and over time you can expect lasting change and relief.
