My mission is to support individuals, couples, and families who are making transitions toward a fuller and more rewarding life. The focus of my work is to provide life affirming experiences that promote deep healing in mind, body, and spirit.
By training and inclination, my orientation toward treatment is systemic. I view individuals and couples in the context of their original family system, and the family in context to their larger community. My therapeutic practices are eclectic and holistic with specific approaches designed around the goals and needs of the individuals involved.

| Primary Training: |
My primary training was with internationally renowned trainer and facilitator, Dietrich Weth, from Frankfurt, Germany. It has also been my pleasure to have worked with other top level trainers including: Albrecht Mahr, Ursula Franke, Sneh-Victoria Schnabel, Ulrich Bold, Daan van Kampenhout, Edward Zawidowski, Francesca Mason-Boring and Guntard Webber. |

| Additional relevant education, training, seminars, etc: |
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a concentration in Systems Counseling through Leadership Institue of Seattle, the College of Applied Behavioral Science at Bastyr University. My Bachelor of Fine arts from Stephens College and graduate studies at Cornell University are in performance Theatre. |
| Other Services Offered: |
A year long constellation facilitator training program, which combines theory, experiential learning, and structured practice. Classes are held in metro Seattle.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families in my Seattle office. |

| Miscellanea: |
Hobbies include hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and gardening. Reading is also a favorite pastime with mystery novels, esoteric spiritualism, and the collected works of Calvin and Hobbes currently nestled on my nightstand. |
