Moving beyond the mind's old thoughts and stories allows us to connect with real love, which can heal years of unresolved issues and bring us into a more harmonious relationship with others and with ourselves.
Here is my approach to Constellation work: We begin with our life situations, which are carried in our minds through thoughts, stories, beliefs and strategies. This often results in discomfort and anxiety in our lives. Constellation work can effectively resolve these issues by going deeper than the mind, to the heart and to love. It is not “love” as I understood it in my younger days. Rather it is the feeling of immense well-being and joy that overflows without cause from our being. This I call real love.

Dietrich Weth, as wonderful a being, wizard and group facilitator as you will ever find, has been my Family Constellations mentor since 1999, when he first introduced me to the work. My spiritual and meditation mentor since 1979 has been the Indian mystic
